DALTON PLACE
This 77,000 sq ft Grade A office building located in Manchester's Central Business District was acquired by Karrev in 2023. The property is predominantly let to WeWork on a long-term lease, with floors 5 and 6 currently available to let on a fitted and furnished basis.
As part of its ongoing commitment to enhancing the building, Karrev will undertake a series of upgrades in 2025, including improvements to the reception, roof terrace, and the addition of enhanced cycle storage, gym, and shower facilities.
