Olivier is Director of Asset Management and Development at Karrev. He is responsible for developments across Karrev’s UK portfolio, including major office projects at Manchester’s landmark Sunlight House building, and Martins Bank, an iconic Grade II listed building in Liverpool.
Olivier has been in the property industry for 18 years. During this time, he gained a broad range of experience working across all stages of real estate projects at Buro Four, AECOM and Amber Infrastructure including new build, commercial, value add and refurbishment projects. More recently, he worked as senior asset manager at QNB Capital, where he managed a Pan-EU fund of commercial assets located mainly in Germany, as well as the delivery of ten luxury apartments at The Shard in London.
