Benn is a Project Director at Karrev and oversees the delivery of commercial redevelopment projects across the UK, with a particular focus on repositioning underperforming assets into high-quality, occupier-focused spaces. He brings close to a decade of experience in the commercial property sector.
He began his career in leasing, working on agency teams in both Manchester and the South East, where he developed strong relationships with agents and occupiers while supporting landlords in unlocking the potential of their buildings.
Before joining Karrev, Benn was a Project Director at Orbit Developments, where he led the design and execution of workspace upgrades across a diverse portfolio, helping to future-proof office environments in line with evolving business needs.
